Jim and his helper, Mike, arrived the next morning after getting the appropriate equipment from the warehouse, and immediately began the required work. Jim had told me during the quote discussion that the old A/C had been installed with a 2-ton unit instead of the 3-ton that was necessary for the size of our house; which I totally agreed with as the A/C was never able to cool the house. JC Mechanical performed all the tests thoroughly which were recommended by the manufacture. Jim and his crew of 3 performed the install as efficiently and professionally with the utmost care and cleanliest habits possible. they will be my first call for any service they offer that I might need in the future!
